Jessica Gerhardt - https://open.spotify.com/artist/7xvSgW67fQNBnVwiLrvtJ1 Jessica Gerhardt, a singer-songwriter-ukuleleist from Santa Monica, CA, explores discernment, vulnerability, and the challenge of loving well in her music. Her gentle yet resonant voice evokes Fiona Apple and Sara Bareilles, and infuses her earnest, lyric-driven songs with a soothing and passionate spirit. Jessica creates a space of communion - solidarity in others' experiences of truth, goodness, beauty, contentment, impatience, and that universal longing for connection - for home. Her debut EP "Be My Hands" was released in June of 2019 and her single "Keep It Simple" was released on March 10, 2020, the 1-year anniversary of her grandmother's passing, and what would have been her 80th birthday.
